The Company was started
as Engineering & Contracting company in 1987 mainly for
fabrication of off-shore structures.
The Company serves various sectors like oil (offshore
and onshore) petrochemicals, Power, Steel, Water Supply
etc. as contractors for Mechanical, Piping, Fabrication,
Electrical, Instrumentation. etc. The Company was
registered as Pvt. Ltd. company in 1992. Since then it
has diversified in the field of water supply and
pipeline schemes and other on-shore projects, applying
the off-shore expertise on compressed schedules and high
quality work.
The Company, ISO 9001:2000 certified has a team of
competent and experienced engineers, technicians and
skilled manpower working together to complete the work
in compressed schedules without compromising in the
quality of work. The Company is in a position to
mobilize a large workforce of skilled and unskilled
manpower at short notice. The Company has tied-up with
many free lance consultants for technical expertise the
projects. The welding work is par excellence with repair
percentage being less than one. The Company has
established many records of earliest completion of the
projects in India with foreign contractors like HHI,
IOEC, BRITISH GAS. We have been awarded HSE Award from
BG Exploration & Production India Limited in year 2003.
The Company has to its credit, the completion of
Installation of Clamp-on structures on SD platform
before completion period inclusive of diving & providing
marine spread.
The company has a modern office buildings ‘Sagar Uday’ &
‘Sagar Kiran’ situated very near to CBD Belapur Railway
Station. The office is well equipped with all
communication facilities including own Radio Room and
the support needed for Design/Drawing activities.
